Olivia
Olivia Hinz is an intuitive healer devoted to guiding women back home to their bodies — to the pulse of their breath, the rhythm of their hearts, and the deep remembering that lives within the womb. Her work honors the body as a sacred vessel.
Through yoga, intuitive touch, and energy work, Olivia creates spaces where women can soften, unwind the stories held in their tissues, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their nervous systems. Her sessions invite restoration, embodiment, and a return to the truth that the body already knows how to heal.
Olivia is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher, Reiki I & II practitioner, and trained in Thai Yoga Massage. She holds a degree in Family Science and Human Services with a minor in Conflict Analysis and Trauma from Kansas State University, and has continued her studies in the field of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Thai Yoga Massage
Experience a treatment that targets more than just muscles. By working along the body's energy lines, this massage helps unblock energy, improve circulation, and reduce the physical effects of stress. It's a total-body reset designed to improve flexibility, relieve chronic pain, and boost your overall vitality.
Reiki
A Reiki session is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing experience designed to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore balance to the mind, body, and spirit. Often described as a "sanctuary of stillness," it allows clients a passive space to simply "be" rather than "do".
Yoga
Discover the art of meditation in motion. Olivia's yoga classes focus on gentle transitions between postures, using the breath as an anchor to quiet the mind. Her classes offer a balanced journey of effort and ease, helping you release daily stress while improving your body's natural range of motion.
