INTUITIVE HEALER | WICHITA, KS
Olivia
Hinz
Guiding women back home to their bodies.
There's a kind of knowing that lives below the thinking mind — in the pulse of the breath, the rhythm of the heart, the deep intelligence of the body itself. Olivia's work is the practice of returning to it.
IN OLIVIA'S WORDS
Olivia Hinz is an intuitive healer devoted to guiding women back home to their bodies — to the pulse of their breath, the rhythm of their hearts, and the deep remembering that lives within the womb. Her work honors the body as a sacred vessel.
Through yoga, intuitive touch, and energy work, Olivia creates spaces where women can soften, unwind the stories held in their tissues, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their nervous systems. Her sessions invite restoration, embodiment, and a return to the truth that the body already knows how to heal.
Rooted in compassion and reverence for the feminine, Olivia's offerings are an invitation to return to wholeness — to feel, to open, and to live fully
ALIVE.

HOW SHE WORKS
The body leads.
Olivia follows.
Olivia doesn't arrive with a fixed plan. She arrives with presence — and the capacity to read what a body is carrying and respond to what it actually needs in that moment.
She describes herself as "the person who goes in and reviews the story your body is holding — not to rewrite it, but to help smooth it out, unblock it, and let it move again."
This means sessions with Olivia don't follow a rigid script. They follow you. The breath, the tension, the energy — these are the signals she reads, and the work moves from there.
Safety is the starting point
Every session begins with a check-in — physical, mental, emotional. Nothing proceeds without consent. Olivia creates the conditions for the nervous system to settle before the work begins.
The body and the emotions are one
Olivia blends the physiological with the emotional — because in the body, they are never separate. Tension has a story. Breath has a history. She honors both simultaneously.
Presence deepens over time
Each return builds a deeper relationship with your own body. The first session opens a door. The work that follows walks you through it — at the pace your nervous system can hold.
The body already knows how to heal
Olivia doesn't fix. She facilitates. Her role is to create the conditions in which your body's own intelligence can do what it's designed to do — which is return to wholeness.
A SPECIFIC NOTE
Work rooted in
the feminine.
Olivia's work is specifically attuned to women's bodies, women's nervous systems, and the particular ways women have been asked to override, suppress, and disconnect from their own physical intelligence.
Women's fascia is more deeply influenced by hormonal cycles, relational stress, and stored emotional experience than is generally understood. Olivia's training and intuition are both calibrated to that reality.
This isn't exclusive — all are welcome to work with Olivia. But women who have felt unseen by conventional wellness spaces often find something different here.
"Her work honors the body as a sacred vessel — and the deep remembering that lives within the womb."
Olivia holds a specific reverence for the feminine body — not as something to be optimized or fixed, but as a source of wisdom, rhythm, and knowing that most of us have simply forgotten how to hear.
